Trauma Care as a church

When Christ is brought into trauma, healing moves beyond coping and toward true restoration of the whole person. His presence meets people in their deepest wounds, bringing comfort, truth, and a foundation for rebuilding life with hope and stability. This program gives the church tools to help each other as well as bring Christ into the midst of the pain.

What this includes:

  • Conferences focused on trauma awareness and recovery

  • Biblically grounded teaching on suffering, hope, and restoration

  • Safe environments for processing experiences and grief

  • Emphasis on long-term healing and resilience

Church Leadership & Community Building

Church leaders in each country play a central role in sustaining the life and growth of the church. They work faithfully to mentor believers, gather people together for teaching and fellowship, and strengthen the sense of unity within often scattered or pressured communities. Through consistent outreach and relational care, they identify needs, encourage discipleship, and help new believers grow in their faith. Their ongoing commitment ensures that the church is not only maintained but actively built up through local leadership, trust, and shared mission.

What this includes:

  • Mentoring and discipling new and growing believers

  • Organizing gatherings for teaching, fellowship, and encouragement

  • Strengthening church community and unity in dispersed contexts

  • Leading outreach efforts to serve and connect with local needs

  • Supporting the long-term growth and stability of the church locally
